I think you need to replace that resister so you don’t burn your points. Unless you have replaced your coil with one that does not require the use of a resistor. 1.5ohm. This is true with 12v not...

Looks like you have a comb of flared fittings and compression. Is that 5/16 line or 3/8

I have 3.5 pounds of fuel pressure need to bring it down to 2, 2.5for Stromburg 97s . I will repost in V8 sorry
