Actually they call them by both names, depending on who you are talking to, or when looking them up. The name confused me at first also.

Those were the ones I bought but from another company. They are 7 inch and I need 9 inch. They help you with knowing if you left your headlights on or not according to other model a people.

Horn problems

The horn on my 31 Tudor has a mind of it's own. It works on and off when it wants too. . I took it off the car and cleaned it up. Oiled the pads and readjusted it for sound. The brushes look new....

A guy on VFF has basically the same problem as me. The bolts are basically 12-24 or 12-24 D from what I have read. Just need to locate bolts some where.

Does anyone know the size of the bolts that hold the back rumble seat to the deck lid. My bolts are missing and I can not find them with any of our suppliers. Seat will not stay in place without them...

My 1931 Tudor is in need of a key or new trunk locks. Trunk to be redone as it has a couple of pin holes in the bottom. Locks are riveted to the metal trunk. Any idea other than a lock smith..

I love my Mitchell in my 31 Tudor. I wish I had one in my 28 roadster but will have to wait a long time as they are back logged. I am on back log and suspect wait is 2 or more years.

I talked to Steve in February of this year. I am on the back up back up list. Hopefully I will be on the normal back up list soon. I am in no hurry as my other car has a Mitchell in it.

After seeing how expensive they are to buy, I built my own for less than $125. When I had my Roadster reupholstered I had my trunk also redone.

The horns on my 28 Roadster and 31 Tudor barely worked when I got the cars. I took the horns apart, cleaned them up and oiled them. They are still working great.

I read somewhere, not sure if true or not, to use a rag to put rain x on a window because it could harm your paint. I use a rag on my Model A but not on my newer vehicles. I just put it in the window...
