The tapered washers referred to by 19Fordy above are called (lug nuts cupped washers PN B-1013 and I have purchased from C&G in the past. They are listed as SS and $ .95 each in 2012 catalog.

I purchased a pair from someone, I believe in Idaho several years ago. They advertised them either here on Ford Barn or the EFV8 web site. They were very good and fit perfectly.

It is PN 11A-6280 and called a distributor to camshaft adapter. Check with one of the regular suppliers of early Ford parts. Plus or minus $ 15.00 and they work.
