Be advised that some B cranks have counter weights that over-lap the journal. They must be removed before grinding. When you call shops, you should be able to tell them what you have.

I think that you'd be lucky to find a reflector that no one has ever touched before you got there. The coatings are thin and won't stand any abrasive, or even a finger print.

Get an old motor manual for info on compression testing. cylinder leakage test, and shorting out cylinders while running. No way around not having compression. Must find out where, how much and why....

Steve did you do the diagonal measurements? Just for grins do you have an old bare block. Put on the timing cover and front support yoke and install and look at where the stud on the yoke matches...
