Has anybody ever come across a 1930 engine with no letter prefix and first 4 numbers are 1930?
:) I looked it up in the book and the 1930 sequence seems right although no A or star preceding...

She is getting 50/50 thanks for the info.
I bought this car to cut up into a hot rod although after getting it running and driving it I love it and would never consider ever cutting up any Model A....

Draining block for winter

I need to drain my block and radiator on my 1930 sport coupe for winter.
I am running straight water due to what I have read here about antifreeze attacking the babbit if it gets into the crank case...

Hi Fred, Is that a hose running from your oil fill to evacuate crank case fumes?
I was thinking about doing that to keep the blow by fumes out of my sport coupe.

Yo dog it's the one in between the blue and red one looks sort of tan or gray.

I am taking flight lessons on a Cessna 172 and the engine controls are very similar to a model A. You adjust the carb with a GAV in the cockpit.
Wish someone would cast those finned...

If I could find a bare roadster body or 5 window coupe body I would trade. The sport coupe is pretty much rust free.

Decent 30-31 5 window Coupe or roadster body.
