Switch first, wires second, speedo cable last, start the two lower screws and then the middle screws. Fighting the dash light wire, speedo cable, and switch cable is a PAIN ! Make sure not to pinch...

That's the best looking whitewall tire A I've seen! IMO. Go ahead and hop up the engine, taller gears, overdrive, etc, think twice about removing the fenders( mud guards) they keep your body looking...

Beer froth, I had that once in an mondern, I flushed the cooling system with some chemicals flushed again, put in fresh antifreeze all was good !

It looks like my Ottwell heater outlet ! The connection has a bend in it to follow the toe board angle

Ottwell manifolds come up for sale here in the swap meet area!

Look at the ford service bulletins, there have been several changes in the designs. Is your cap venting properly ? if it pushed down to far it will not vent

Or powder coated stand or to much paint, it would be best to run a ground wire from outside of the light socket through the wiring loom back to the chassis.

Solder a ground wire to the outside of the socket and run it though the wiring loom and to a good ground. Why didn't Ford run dedicated grounds ? To save a nicklem!

Change your thermostat to a 160*, your not making enough heat to open the 180* stat, or block the front of the radiator. What type of stat are you using? is it a housing type, or thr type you install...

50 years ago my car came with a delco generator, regulator, 8 volt battery and I was push starting it a lot. It now has an A long generator, Tom Wessenberg EVR and no more push starting it! 50 years...
