I also have a Powermaster PowerGEN. Mine is 12v, been on my Town Sedan since 2017. Only issue I had is the PowerGen is a little larger diameter than the Model A generator and the case hit the engine...

Brent, I'm sure you are correct. You have works on a lot more Model As then I have.

I guess what I meant was, People that install a shortened pit man arm, notice a miss aligned steering wheel...

I think that is the most common reason. I remember someone selling an adjustable drag link years ago on Ford Barn.

Good on you Jeff. Altho I can't use one of your "cut-outs", as I have a PowerGEN, it is good to see someone making new and better replacement parts for the Model A.

I have been told Remflex gaskets work good with uneven manifolds or headers but I have never tried them.

I am running the new Logolite LED headlights with amber incandescent turn sighnal bulbs. As the LEDheadlights don't use the reflector, the turn signals show up even with the headlights on.

FWIW, Ford Garage suggests Schaeffer #264 ISO 150 for Stipe Shocks, if you can find it, I couldn't.

Look for carbon tracking on the coil and clean off the coil insulator. Spin the engine over when it is dark and look for sparks. Sounds like your sparks are going directly to ground at the coil.

I have no idea why they changed the shape of the outlet of the valve. Ensure you received the correct filter as it has changed also. Snyder's part #A-9193-TX. The old filter was part #A-9193-T.

I say drive her. Remember on a Marvel the idle mixture screw is opposite a Zenith or Tillotsen. It adjusts gas not air, so turning it out enrichens the idle mixture.

This is the way the wiring should look if you are wiring your ignition the way Nurex suggests (and I stated back in post #4) with the switch before the coil. As mentioned, not original.

You need a wire from the junction box, to the negative side of the coil. Then a wire from the positive side of the coil (if you still have positive ground system), thru the switch and then connected...
