I found the issue. It was the latch sliding plate with incorrect bevel.

Please advise: what could be the reason that the passenger door latch mechanism opens from outside even though it is locked inside? See the attached pictures.

Thank you very much! I found it. After mistakenly removing the bed and the cab and scratching as per typical diagram.
Now the question is how many numbers letters it should have?

I think that is the case. I was following the attached diagram, but I can't find any number. I had to the remove the bed and lift the cabin of the pickup a lot...

It is right hand, not UK . It is American style. I believe it is 1938 1/2 ton pickup.

I connected as per caps numbers, but the engine is not running well, it has contra explosions.
