Yes, except a voltmeter AND an ammeter gives you the whole story. Or maybe I should say "the rest of the story" :)

Drawing a battery down to completely dead will reduce its capacity, however it seems kind of premature to replace it without charging it and seeing if it will be adaquate. The best is to use a...
