Clutch finger adjustment

When trying to adjust the fingers on the clutch plate, is the plate bolted to the flywheel and disc and the adjustment being between 5/8 & 11/16 after final adjustment Your answers are appreciated.

How did you arive that there was a difference in the engine temperature with the heater on or off? Are you running a temperature gangue?

Nobody has mentioned to loosen the tail pipe bracket at the rear to help with the alignment. This allows for a forward and rotational movement of the pipe.

Door striker plate screws on coupe

I want to replace the striker plate screws on a 30 coupe. My question is are the nuts on the screws captured? I don't want to find out the hard way.

If using a 8 Volt battery what is the effect on all the 6 volt parts?
Starter motor, all bulbs, coil, generator, horn, 6 volt signal stat, ammeter etc.

If you don't have the tabs on the lower part of the radiator use black cable ties going through the core and fasten on the front side of the radiator.

I will make the assumption that you are using gland rings in the four exhaust ports and the rings won’t allow the manifold to seat properly between the manifold and block causing the gasket to leak...
