I've only ever messed with 94's but some things are universal.

Over rich could be caused by:
Fuel pressure too high.
Needle valve not sealing (debris on seat)
Punctured or damaged float
Fuel...

What are the plugs like when you take them out? Is the motor running over-rich? (too much fuel?)
