It could be sucking air somewhere. I would first check your intake manifold gaskets, Carb to manifold gaskets. I have this issue with two stroke engines a lot. You have to keep them choked to run.

Mine only turns right one full turn. The tire hits the brake rod at full turn.
It turns just over one and a half turns to the left but is 2" from hitting the brake rod.
The wheels seam to turn...

I'm thinking real hard on buying a four post lift. My top choice was a lift from Advantage lifts. I like some of there upgrades over other lifts.
