Re: Looking for a museum or car collection near Arlington Tx.

If you can't find a car museum, check out the CR Smith aviation museum located right off Hwy. 360 across from the American Airlines training center. If it isn't in Arlington,, it is just next door....

Re: Beware of scammers

Slightly off topic but here is my favorite scam story:

Remember the old "Nigerian scam"? You have something listed for sale and the scammer says they can only pay with a foreign check (fake of...

Re: 1928 ford C-Max For sale / Facebook

Re: Model A emergency kit.

Be careful where you purchase the fresh air. The stuff you get from the vendors comes from China. It really isn't fresh. Better to find some NOS USA made fresh air. :D

Re: Fan Blade Concern

Are you guys sure that isn't a modern cast aluminum fan? That line looks like the casting mark on mine. A clearer picture would help. OP may want to see if the fan blade is magnetic?

Re: 10mpg

Is your fuel fresh? Tire pressure correct?

Re: Headlight Issue

Another easy thing to check is the headlight conduit connectors. When I got my car the incorrect bullets were on the wiring harness. They were making contact with one another in the round plastic...

Re: 20 or 30 Amp Fuse?

Actually, the fuse is protecting everything "downstream" of wherever it is placed. The wire size from the alternator to the fuse is irrelevant.

What I mean is for the commonly used fuse (mounted...

Re: Vacuum Wiper motor removal

The vacuum motor should mount to the OUTSIDE of the window frame. It will be plainly visible. Remove the 2 screws from the inside of the windshield frame.
