I see that Snyder's list two, 1930 and 1931. I wonder if it's the location of the Ford emblem hole? Other wise I would think as both year shells would fit the same radiator, there should not be too...

For a driver you should go the the flat tube type anyway, they cool better. More fins and water tubes. The only reason to go with round tube is for show or points car. The brace across would be...

But aren't the 21" rims a bit narrower then the 19's? So are the impressions being given for the 19 or 21 inch wheels? A 5.50/6 seems wide for the 21 inch rims.
