This is worth a try . Back off the clamp bolts to the last thread . Disconnect the right brake rod . Disconnect the the connection at the bell housing . As long as the car is secure and on stands see...

My newly acquired AA truck although mid 29 came with wire wheels but of course no hub caps . I know these are very hard to find. About thirty years ago I sold 5 NOS hub caps to a person in Finland...

With the rad out the front seal is easy to do . I have done this in the car many times over the years . I have never ever had to cut the seals to fit .Soak the two seals in engine oil for a few days...

You probably know this anyway . If you remove the bolts holding the big tin cover to the back of the 4 speed you can slide the cover back down the tube . The big U/J is the two piece bolt together...

I bought a rebuilt (so they said ) engine very cheap . It was cheap because someone had put a helicoil in but not straight . I screwed a new stud in and it looked like the leaning tower of Pisa ....

1928 and 1929 frames the holes for the steering gear is punched both sides for LHD and RHD .the 30/31 frames are stamped one side only for whatever hand they are .There is a window in early 1930...

Many flywheel housings are cracked when someone jacks the front of the engine up with both bolts each side still in place . Remove one bolt each side and then the engine can pivot and no damage done...
