Re: Brand New V.S. Rebuilt Carburetor

That carburetor is for a late 1931 indented firewall vehicle. The tops are harder to find and there for more expensive. You will need to get all of the glue out of the steel before you try and...

Re: Help identifying 31 Panel

This Delux delivery could be a 1931, but it is a real mismatch of parts. The delivery appears to have been made after June, 1930 and September or so of 1930, by the splash aprons. The front...

Re: Brackets for inside sunvisor

Bill
Your old / David Moore's May original Vicky has what I think are the Heavy Duty brackets as called out in the body parts book. Where as most of the Slant window sedans (including Vickys) have...

Re: Late 1929 to EOP Coupe/Roadster trunks...

Steve
I will look at my 1930 coupe. It has not been restored on the inside. It was originally had a trunk but it was converted to a rumble seat back in the 30's. It will take me a couple of days.

The running board brackets on my unrestored Vicky have a piece of material between them and the running boards. It could be mohair seat fabric.

Re: Shock absorber, mounting

Werner
The shock arm on the shock with the L on it is for the front and was used from Nov. 1927 to August 1928, if it has numbers on the clamping face, and from 8/28 to 8/29 if it does not have...

Re: 1930/1931 Victoria Roof

Ed
I am assuming that you have a Steel back Vicky. As John stated, it would be very difficult. It would be easier to sell your Vicky and purchase a leather back.
