I found this diagram.
I will be using hydraulic brakes and tube shocks so the “perch” supports the end of bar. Some one will add to this who has the modification.

Adding a stabilizer bar

If memory serves me well the 1935 pickup I had was fitted with a front axle stabilizer bar.
Using EFV8 parts what is involved in adding the bar?

I re measured with my new caliper and have the same measurement (added: as post 7 & 8).
With limited options to save a block any thoughts on options?

Agreed, after looking into the bushing process the valve guide bore is only about .030 larger and it wouldn’t work from the top or bottom.
I have not found the factory specs for lifter fit, still...

Brassworks set up my 35.
The overflow tube is set up to take a 3-4# valve. The stock system isn’t designed to take a pressure cap.
The valve does not allow enough pressure to affect a stock tank...
