Guys he has been asking this same question starting back in Jan 2019, that are what the links are.

Yes gas can creep up the side of the bowl and maybe over the top, that is why there is a gasket....

That link shows the instructions not the carb being talked about and did not see small type at bottom where it came from and line that I quote. Does your carb have the adjustable jet on the bottom...
