If worse comes to worse, You can file it with a 1/4" square file. Broaches aren't cheap!
I've made a few of them to broach silicon carbide Dies and they can be a PITA to use. Then we had to file...

Use a square hole bushing, Bushings are made with square holes just for boring tools. Any machinist supply house should be able to send you a couple at nominal cost.
