Tom at Snyders Antique Auto was kind enough to pull a bed sill off the shelf and measure it. 38-3/8" L; 3-5/8"W; and 1-1/2" H. So with the numbers Dan in California provided on the drawing..1/8"...

It is CC Pick-up on the original frame. Yes, demensions of the wooden "bearer" aka, "sill" is what I am looking for. Had a good reply with a hand made diagram that helps but not all of the numbers...
