My 47 coupe seat bottom is trash. Anyone know if they can be rebuilt or do I just have to buy a new one. I really can't see 6/7 hundred dollars for a new one.

Thanks, the elec pump is working but not getting gas up to the mech pump. That’s why I wondered if maybe there was a filter in the tank that was stopped up. The elec will not push gas up to the mech...

Hey guys, I am still trying to crank my 47 after it has sat for about 4 or 5 years. I found out I was getting no gas to the fuel pump. I have disconnected everything and blown air through the gas...

Hey guys, I hope I’m not too far out of line here but I have a Lady friend who has a 55 Lincoln Capri with a power brake master cylinder in bad need of a rebuild. Anyone know of a good source to do...

I just rebuild my fuel pump and now I get practically no vacuum. think I just want to buy a new one. any suggestions on where to get one for my 47.

Distance is maybe a foot. The problem comes when the plug comes out, then oil gushes out all over my hand. arm, floor, and this last time in my eyes.

Once again, I got splashed with oil while changing the oil in my 47. i'm thinking about modifying the plug so I can put a smaller plug in it. Has anyone ever done this or does someone already make...

I just took my carb and fuel pump apart to overhaul both as suggested earlier from some of you guys and I have run into maybe a problem. The fuel pump was no problem but the carb has me wondering...

I replaced the condenser this morning but it had no effect. The one I took off was from Argentina. The one I replaced it with did not look the same. It was not as big as the one I took off. Probably...

My 47 has a 9v battery running the clock. It was like that when I got the car. Wish I could help but at least you know it can be done.
