well....getting closer. Model A runs like a champ now. Disconnected the brake light relay by the battery, can put on the brakes now without pooping a fuse. But... i can turn the headlight switch one...

My copper seal looked the same on both sides, i just made sure to see how all the holes lined up and what way i needed to put it on. Then i sprayed both sides of the gasket with copper gasket spray...

Would that leaking by that bad cause it to backfire extremly loud through the muffler when i try and start it? Cause thats not only embarassing as hell but scares the $%it out of the neighbors lol.

I did find my GAV was completly unscrewed inside the carb, and i was probaly running it that way, i do remeber twisting it counter-clockwise thining it may be the issue with the back fire, and also...

I just started driving and working on the truck, my father passed away and i got the truck. Not sure if the issue is new or old. it has the three brass fingers where the headlight plugs in.

Well what I did was turn the crank until I saw the key, and stuck a small screwdriver between the slinger and gear, I can see the zero on the tooth :-) problem solved :D
