I found out that some foreign bulbs do not have a filament large enough to activate the Flasher.
Talk about something that will drive you nuts with intermittent operation

I filled my block with vinegar, about two gallons .left it out in the sun for a few hours the heat from the sun caused it to boil(?) over. Left an interesting pattern on the driveway. Move the engine...

When cranking there is no starter taking juice from the ignition. Ignition gets full voltage from the battery

Grancor Heads and manifolds work well because they were copies of other manufacturers designs. (Granatelli was always looking for money making opportunities}They are worth what you can get for them....

Make sure your turn signal bulbs are large enough to make the Flasher operate.

try on of those laser thermometers. you can check the radiator to see if it is cooling.

You may get different readings all over but as long as they are under 200, it does not make too much...

I by passed the rheostat and now the lights are nice and bright. Who drives at night anymore or in the rain?
