1950 Ford Custom Deluxe Coupe-much nicer than my 50 coupe now but it was only 17 years old then and a 1971 Dodge Charger 383 Magnum.

Agree with you. I was told by an old radiator repairman that heating problems at idle or very low speeds is an air flow problem and heating at highway speeds is a radiator capacity/flow problem.

I use NAPA 3033. Metal can type. I have one coming out of the tank before the electric pull thru pump and one just before the carb. I know.....over kill you say.

I once had an adapter plate that had loosened just a smidgen. Couldn't see it but when I tightened it up the leak went away.

I have an electrical disconnect and a fuel shut off switch that I installed for maintenance purposes without thinking about those being theft deterrent devices but they certainly are........

I used Northwest Chrome in New Plymouth, Idaho to replate both my bumpers. They did exactly what they said they would do with no exceptions. I would use them again.

I used plugs like Kultulz shows above. NAPA had flat black or chrome to chose from.

My avatar has a '55 Ford rear end under it. It had 4.11s in it. I believe it is a 3.23 ratio. It came out of car with an automatic tranny. Hope this helps.

I use a random orbital buffer and Meguiars polishing compounds to remove discolorations and swirls. Very satisfied with results. Clay bar won't work for what you are asking.
