A method I have found useful, after heating the stud red, I turn the engine upside down.
It helps to get the heat into the threaded part of the stud in the block, the heat wants to make its way up....

Be sure, you have contact between conversion plates spring pin to the contact place on breaker points.
Spring pin may be bent, has happened to me!

Impossible ... Stuck head
I think there are different degrees say 1-10 of how hard a cylinder head is stuck.
In this case, I think I reached # 10.
Model B marine converted engine.
Penetrating oil and head puller in full...

Hope you guys can help me find out.
What purpose had Ford when they introduced the steam holes in the Model B engine?
I have several model B cylinder head where the steam holes are blocked....

I bought a B-engine that had been sitting in a Model A, and they had made some changes to the front end of the oil pan! Well .. you never know the reason.
