Take the cap off, stuff a rag in it. Just don't drive it when it's rainy. Windshield will now clear without issue.

There is fella in my area that has one that is very similar to your car. Different color rims. He tried telling me that the car was a Cabriolet. I didn't argue, but I know better than that.
