Curious, you fellows who used the pressure bleeder, did you use DOT5 silicone fluid?
I ask, because i hear it said frequently, that you must not agitate DOT5 because it causes micro bubbles and...

Not intending any kind of disharmony here, but im curious about the 5 main blocks Tod is producing, and what choices exist for 5 main crankshafts in Tod's block.

The sun gear gets a steel band around its outer diameter. Some other components get some welding as that is a frequent breaking point also.

Don't have the spec, but the only NEW cap I have is 2.410/2.413

Used, I have 2.371/2.376 & 2.430/2.432 (Original I believe)

I don't believe it is all that critical. I wouldn't worry about it....

Have you run it up to temp to be sure your not seeing water vapor? Is it spitting water?

Do a compression check at operating temp throttle wide open.

I didnt see any blowby in the second video.

I had that problem on a rebuild that sat on my run stand. Had coolant in the system that would weep between the stud and the nut. Continued weeping for many months. Got tired of it and blasted it...

Keep them inflated and you wont feel a thing. Maybe because it doesn't get very cold here, but I have never felt any flat spots.
