Ditto. A fresh starter always makes a big difference. The larger gauged 6 volt battery cables are necessary too.

Yesterday I also received confirmation on 4 orders for parts that I made about 4 years ago and the parts orders were completed. I am calling Eckler's on Monday morning to get these orders cancelled.

The lower half of the body was the golden yellow and the upper half was the purplish blue. The blue fenders and the yellow bed is also well represented.

The spring shackle bushing has to be a tight fit in the spring eye for it to wear properly. If your spring is still safe to use, build up the bushing with a little solder for a tighter spring eye...

The plastic comb would do less damage to the copper cooling fins than would a metal comb. I use the plastic cooling fin comb. I haven't tried a metal one.

The steering arm on the front spindle could be bent. It would be the easiest one to bend to correct the unequaled steering problem. A little heat, a little tweak and you are done.
