We have probably all done it. You take something apart for for repair or refurbishment and then set an important small part in a "safe" place so you will never lose it......never to be seen again!...

I am back working on my 50' F5 COE after a few years hiatus.
Can anyone provide me diagrams and or photos of the the parking brake assembly and linkage. The factory manual is not particularly clear...

I’ve seen in the parts drawings but don’t remember how it is installed.

Thanks for the reminder. I will be inspecting all internal components. Bearings, gears, ect.. Then onto brakes on all four corners.

I have installed a Marvel Mystery Inverse oiler device that has worked very well to prevent sticky valves. Uses about a pint of MMO per thousand miles. And looks cool under the hood.

Did a 53' F250 w/215 I-6 have a factory fan shroud? Engine does not run hot.
I like the added saftey of a shroud though.
