Donít forget to make sure steering balls are round and have no play before adjusting toe in.

That would be way too low. Someone has made this switch before and must know what works best. I assume an electric fan and shroud is the way to go.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I hand filed the trumpets flat where they mate up to the banjo housing,and 11 years and many miles later no leaks. Whatever you do use original bolts without lock washers.

I am surprised no one mentioned retarding the spark before hitting the starter. Does this imply that 12 volts make the engine kicking back a thing of the past. And only with 6 volts? I h ave done...

Had same thing with my roadster. Hits your knuckles and makes you want to talk to the lord about it! Would seem like windshield sits too far up from the body, or is too short. Swing the windshield...

I highly recommend one for any tour car. Thermostat is in the right place, works well. Have one in all cars I tour with.

had the same problem. take a piece of rubber glue on side molding and put it on top of the metal filler panel that goes across the rear of the gas tank, under the windshield lower rubber.does the job...
