What would be a proper repair for this problem? Remove the tank and replace the damaged metal? How did they buck those rivets when the cars were new, special bucking bar? Seems like it would be a fun...

I do not see any other place to introduce myself to this group so I guess this is as good a spot as any. First off I had a hotrod model A for many years and come here by way of the JalopyJournal....
