Thanks for all the input and information. After taking everything apart, cleaning all the jets and float, replacing the venturi I broke, it works perfect! No leaks and the car starts right up every...

Don't drive it in the rain, problem solved. It's a quick fix and works for me for the moment. But yes this is only a temporary fix.

Could be coming out of the overflow hose that connects to the radiator neck and goes down the side. If your Radiator is not pressurized it will leak a little. Well, mine does. Good luck!

I have the same plugs in my 1929 Town Sedan. They were in it when I purchased it 8 years ago. This thread has answered many of my questions. Thanks guys!
