Re: Disc Brakes V Bendix Brakes-Which performs best??

Ford started using disc brakes about 1965 and I doubt that they will ever go back.

Re: Yes,there IS such a critter as a factory FOM flat 6 Ford!

Saw what may have been the reason, before his post was removed.
He directed the acronym (ESAD) at a poster who had given his view/opinion of someone else's post..

Re: My 34 Won't Start

Mallory modules come with wires attached that have to be fed to the outside of the distributor. They don't just "plug" in.

Re: 59-A fuel pump push rod bushing

The whole bushing should be installed.
It's possible someone installed a non Ford bushing in the past.

Re: 2 in 1 carb plate

Your one picture does not show what the other side looks like but it looks like it may fit a 4 barrel manifold.

Re: Cut off HAMB again????

Don't think that you have been "cut off". sounds more like you cut yourself off because of something you did to yourself.

Re: stainless molding

What has this got to do with any thing here.
"80 phill" appears to be a reference to ones personal 'age',not speed.

That's right and as a matter of fact the stock induction gauge has no connections at all, just a wire thru a loop.

Re: REM coated gears

According to web page this coating is aimed at racing to improve performance.
Seriously doubt that any improvement in a street car will even be noticed.
