I Use Rual King batterys in all my 6 volt cars 2 Model "A"s and 39 Chevy. I put maintainers on them in the winter good for 5 years , got up to 6 years on 1 battery., after 5 years I just replace...

Post #5.. The door should overlap the rear panel, never seen one fit inside the door jam?? My roadster door overlaps in the rear, also my 30 4doors also over lap!!

(post 10) I moved to the alternator on both my A's, that look like a generator and am very happy with them. Bright lights and the horn will blow any time. Around $350.00 each
but well worth it,...

Got side mounts on my 31 roadster, no problem working on car or entering it, the wind-wings are more of a problem getting in the car..I would'nt change a thing!! I like the look.

Glue it, put glue on both sides of rubber between glass, got my car in 2002..still hanging in there..over 50,000 miles..no problem.

Post #13, Oldbluoval..Don't know whos after-market hood thats on the car, not on my Roadster, its on my 1930 4 door A, AND JUST ONE SIDE KIND OF BUCKLES WHEN YOU OPEN IT.

I have an after market on my 1930, was on the car when I bought it. One side buckles when I raise it. I would never buy one, but for now i'm stuck with the one I have.

I jumped my Roadster 6volt, w/12 volt..just don't have any lights on and as soon as it starts...disconect. I connected straight to the battery!! Pos to Pos/ Neg to Neg.
