On my ford I had an electric pump in the fuel line to prime when she sat for a while and when the fuel pump died ,I don’t like breaking down !

The 8ba was the last flathead made by ford but the French copied it for there Mil vehicles and kept on till the 60’s ,only miner changes !

Well I’d go to 12 sys ,just change the bulbs ,all the motors will work fine with 12 V ,lower amperage ,since 6V motors have heavy wiring ,it will work fine I have 52 Fd all elec Mtrs and solenoids...
