That would make a unique tow push car, I was going to get a closer look ,but the owner told me there were quite a few snakes around.

Sorry for the delay in the update.
I have been home now for a week or so.
I had a great time ,as this was a bit of a trial to make sure my engine was still good,as I want it to do a heap more miles...
