1939 pickup cowl vent / handle / mechanism

I知 looking for a complete cowl vent / handle / mechanism for a 1939 ford pickup , or any other year that will fit if you know please . I知 in the uk so would need it shipped and can pay with PayPal .

Have been looking now for a long time for a set of inner fenders for my 38 deluxe project with no luck yet , does anyone know if the 39 deluxe / 40 standard would fit please ?

That’s what I thought , then on Wescottsautos.com they sell a cowl patch panel that fits a 37 / 38 deluxe and 39 standard.
