As others have posted, cowl band should be body color. IIRC, originals are plain steel, not stainless. AFAIK, they are not reproduced in that metal and are hard to find.

Yep, although I'm not sure they'd qualify as "Coupe". The A is standard pickup except for cowl lights and stainless (rather than painted) trim like passenger cars - and of course the Deluxe box and...

The ultimate roadster pickup! :cool: IMHO, the 302 is better looking as it doesn't have the "window boxes" but the 304 looks better with them than without. They shouldn't be hard to make - even...

A plain old Model J (who'd want one of those? ;)) cost as much as $19,000. Modern paper money won't be any good in 1928-31. Probably best to take gold back with you. At the then-current statutory...

Maybe Henry could have afforded to build the T until his death, but could he have sold it? 1923 was the high water mark for the T. After that, production and price dropped every year as customers...

I've owned Model A but no non-Ford cars from that era, so I have no basis for comparison. But I have owned both Fords and MoPars from the late-30s. The ChryCo cars are better built.

What can you folks tell me about this truck? It's obviously early-40s Ford stake-bed. But I don't recall hood vents like that or the V/8 stamped in the sheet metal rather than an applied badge.
