Tires for my 16" wheels

my 30 model A has "V8" wheels and hubcaps. The tires say "BF Goodrich High Miler" and "550x16". I got a matching spare wheel but can't find these tires and suspect they're not made any more. They...

Got it. I had the proper bracket. The PO put a hose clamp on the bracket and bent it to work til it broke. I took of the big nut and put the bracket on there then mounted the horn on the bracket. ...
