Repairs to the damaged running board:

This rip at the back of the running board is one of many things that could be repaired on the truck. Metal was crinkled and bent from damage. Hammer...

This all sounds very familiar! I think the engine was put together with good intenension of it running but the fuel pump was probably not going to work well as David noted being installed...

Lots of work arounds. Including using a app called photoresizerHD. Or the Postimage storage area will reduce them when you you load if you set the switches.

Thanks I was thinking I heard or read that the 12 volts starters would engage a little less violent? I may still have a starter shaft run-out issue? Will keep testing on it!:)
