I bolted the inners to the chassis then grill & fenders but hood out from location pin. I've slackened it all but still won't line up. Is it best to do inner wings & grill to bonnet first. Do the...

I want to raise the hinge end by about 4mm to line up the side trim but the hinge is on a vertical part of the bulkhead & the holes not slotted. Any ideas?
