Re: Door hinge screw removal

I had to resort to welding a bolt to the screw head to get enough torque to remove them. Impact driver worked on a couple.

It's a compression fitting. The "sleeve" is on the fuel line, about 1/8" from the end where it attaches to the Zenith Carb.

Here's what i have.
i tried to show the ding near the top of the cap.
I took it apart a while back and cleaned up the inside too.

I also have the 31 steel cab. I am replacing the wood in the cab. When I removed the header there were 5 wood screws across the front holding the steel to the header. There appeared to be the remains...

Thank you sir. I managed to pulled out the original seat riser from the parts pile and found that helpful for placement of the board. Even as badly rusted out as it is. The replacement seat riser...
