Pull the back seat, then go it and remove the latch from the inside. After you get it open, you should be able to figure out what’s wrong.

There's a guy on the HAMB that has advertised chopped w/s posts. You might check with him, he might know where some stock height post could be found.

You should be able to get some solder-less connectors that you can crimp onto the ends of the wires. Then push them onto the switch.

I just sold my 14í trailer that Iíve had for over 30 years. It worked fine for Model Aís and it also hauled a lot of other (longer) cars too.

The HF balancer looks just like the one I bought 45+ years ago; which is about the same price that I paid for the one I bought. I mount and bubble balance all my own tires.
