Re: What are these 34 Cab floor holes for?

Mine extend into hole 3/4", just enough to get a wood screw through the tab so they don't rattle.

Re: F100 steering box in 34 pickup

Re: 1935-37 LED Headlights

Here's what I found, I already had halogen (no relay) dim at idle, ok at speed. While searching for relay kit on ebay, bumped into a LED conversion. Bought both. I don't remember the brand, but turns...

Re: Just asking

I also bought a spot welder from harbor freight (220v) and found that all the areas of contact need to be freshly sanded between pieces and electrodes. Clamp pressure adjustment and switch on time...

Re: 34 pickup steering column mount

As I remember, I replaced the dash board to column bolts with Allen bolts. Easier to install I think.

Re: Looking for some information on a 1934 Ford cowl band

Yes, moves the hood 7/8" forward. And move the radiator, hood latches won't line up, splash apron, etc. Bought one, can't use it on my p-kup. Thinking maybe it's for a firetruck, or bus.

Re: 34 pickup cab assembly question

I had the roof off of my cab last summer, same question. Friction tape was my first thought but didn't want the sticky. I ended up using fender welt, minus the bead.

Local Denver TV station aired report about theft and recovery. Very few details about recovery except it was found in a garage, little damage. Duane is very happy.

Re: 8ba in 36 5 window

Marvin, you may have to turn/grind forged stop off, then run a thread die on for 1" or so. Spin first nut down to have adjustable stop. Trap bellhousing with second nut. Lock washers.

Re: 1934 picku cab wood and seat

Re: valve seat cutters

Electro magnetic base drill would fill the bill, rpm might be too slow/high. Magnetic base mounts to cylinder deck with block on engine stand.

Re: 1934 driveline install help

Duke, just did that 2 weeks ago. Must have been a problem for me before, as I found self locking nuts (AN) on bottom and castle nuts on top. Also found my special tapered 11/16 socket to fit close to...
