compression on flathead

i have a 8ba that ran perfect. Then noticed started to smoke out the exhaust when you let off throttle. Then started to run a little rough. Did a compression check and all the cylinders were between...

Thanks to all for info. I think i will leave out a few leafs in rear spring for a better ride and maybe it will lower it a bit. All the enclosed trailers i have been looking at are 74 in. rear door...

8BA engine smoke

when you first start engine runs good,when the water temp gets to 100 or so and you give it gas its smokes out both sides a blueish black smoke.It has edlebrock heads,eddie myer intake with two holly...

The sheet metal is in decent shape.A lot of wood in cab.searched all over for name can"t find anything.

forgot to mention also have a 1929 closed cab pickup in pieces.Haven't started restoration yet so can't measure total height of vehicle to see if it also will fit in trailer with 75in. high door...

ok engine was rebuilt i 'm assembling it. ford goes 1234 on one side 5678 on other.So does it go together 1234 or like chevys
