The flywheel is '40 Ford

It's a 9" clutch pressure plate for a '40 Ford and a pressure plate with the T5 splines. The disc seems to be the same thickness as the original one that came with the T5 adaptor kit from Speedway....

New Clutch Slipping

I just replaced the clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing on my 1932 Ford pick up and it still slips at higher speeds when accelerating. I'm running a stock 1940 Flathead and a Borg...
