Thanks, that is what I figured ,had some problems with the initial install but thanks to good help from other barn members got it done. So when I saw the pressure rise wanted to confirm all was well.

I added the oil filter and noticed about a 3-4 lb increase in oil pressure. Gauge read about 8 -9 on start up and dropped to about 5. This was on idle no road test I was just testing for leaks after...
