Re: Thermo Quail

Apparently there are no repair kits for the Motormeter. Has anyone tried to replace the thermometer in one of those? Mine no longer functions. I have installed a temp guage in the cabin which is...

I rebuilt my original valve so often I could do it blindfolded. After a few months it would get so stiff I needed pliers to turn it. Replaced it with a ball valve I can turn with one finger. I...

Re: Speedometer error

Would my 30 town sedan have come from the factory with a 3.78 and 19 inch wheels? The tires have very little wear since new and are the Universal brand (4.75/5.00-19). I understand Universal uses...

Re: Harbor Freight tape measures come up short

I haven't noticed a problem with their tapes but I do like the little blue magnetic flashlights they give away. I have three stuck to the fridge.
