Thank you for info, would it also be a good idea to have the bendix and or starter checked out to make sure the bendix is not bent or anything else is wrong with it?

Had a grinding noise when I pushed the starter switch on my 30 Tudor so I pulled the started and noticed one bolt was lose on the bendix. Should I just tighten the bolt and reinstall the starter?...

Thanks, It was running good for about 10 mins and than just quit. When I tried to re-start, it starting making a strange noise from the pump. Cranking seamed to be labored and will not start. Fan...

Have a strange sound from water pump area when cranking....will not turn over and start
