Same here. The headlights were messed up inside so I replaced the cheapo chrome 1-bulb reflectors with original 2-bulb ones and added wiring in parallel with the cowl lamps. My original intention...

The only difference between reflectors is the extra socket holder. The sockets themselves are part of the internal harness. You can just clip the extra socket off to use in a single-bulb reflector....
